New mom? You probably need MAMA Time — Mothers of Asheville Mothering All Together. Despite the joy and anticipation of having a new baby, the first weeks and months of new parenting can be extremely challenging.

We've created a safe, sacred place for new mothers and their infants to experience this transition, a place where mothers can share their joys, their fears, their disappointments and their successes, together. By removing the isolation, normalizing the experience and discussing pertinent topics of interest, new mothers can navigate the highs and lows of motherhood in a way that empowers them.

MAMA Time meets weekly for sixteen weeks. These close groups are led by two trained facilitators. We offer evening and daytime groups. There is a sliding scale fee of $50-$25.
